Kylie Makes History On Billboard's Dance/Club Play Chart

Kylie notches an impressive Billboard chart first, as, by holding down the Nos. 1 and 3 slots on this week's Dance/Club Play Songs survey, she becomes the first act to claim two of the top three ranks concurrently in the tally's nearly 35-year history.
Minogue crowns the list with "Better Than Today," from her "Aphrodite" album, while two rungs down, she's featured on Taio Cruz's "Higher" (with Travie McCoy). "Better Than Today" is Minogue's sixth Dance/Club Play Songs No. 1, and the third straight topper from "Aphrodite." The album previously yielded the leaders "All the Lovers" and "Get Outta My Way."

"I absolutely love knowing that there's such huge support for my songs in the U.S. club scene," Minogue tells Billboard. "To hit the No. 1 spot three times in a row is amazing and to break a Club chart record with two tracks in the top three is wonderful."
